A campaign for normalising the presence of women in football and everywhere, signed by the Romanian National Football Team. Under harder conditions, with the timid encouragement of the supporters, but with a lot of misogynistic hate speech, the girls in football do exactly what the boys do: they play football as best as they can. In Romania, in 2023, the Women's National Football Team becomes a vector for the normalisation of women's presence in society. We're talking about women and performance, access to jobs considered masculine, the right to have children when and if they want, the right to be judged (and paid) according to professional criteria, not physical ones.

In 2023, this is the world we all want, for us and our children.

We created the Women's National team pack, with cards depicting each player. About each player we used information regarding the role in the team but also the roles in real life, social, academic, professional (other jobs), family (mother) or personal (special hobbies, especially if they could be considered masculine from a traditionalist angle).The cards dismantle the traditional role of women and show that women are more than a series of stereotypes
